		Fornells-Pla and Conxa Sisquella Art itineraries 6th july 2006 – 20th september 2006 The exhibition offered a journey through the painting of both creators (1940-1990). Painting understood as the emotional language and conceptual basis of their thoughts and shared experiences. Practice and experimenting with painting led them to establish constant interactions between this activity and the other arts which they also practised: murals, stained glass, sculpture and engraving.

		The open window. Catalan landscape painting 1860-1936 18th May 2006 – 25th June 2006 The open window. Catalan landscape painting 1860-1936 offers a selection of works from different local collections, from the most important artists in the history of Catalan art who have chosen landscape as the main theme in their professional career. Based on an historical and chronological connecting thread, focusing on the main artistic movements which Catalonia has experienced, the exhibit takes a stroll from romanticism, in the first four months of the 19th century, passing through realism and the Olot school, art nouveau, the luminist school of Sitges, modernism, noucentisme, or the different generations of 1917, ending with the civil war, which brought about a rupture.

		Antoni Clavé 16th march 2006 – 7th may 2006 The exhibit presented forty fairly significant works which offered a representative illustration of the Catalan artist’s different stages and evolution in plastic art: the initial period stretching from his training to his exile in France, the second consolidation period, the moment in which Clavé found a new path in his artistic creation, breaking away, and the abstract period.

		Where are the women? Femenine presence in 19th and 20th century Catalan art 19th january 2006 – 26th february 2006 An exhibition which proposes a new look at different scenarios in which women have been represented over the last two centuries. An historic period in which important changes have come about, stemming from industrialization, development in trade, improvement in communications and urban growth.

		Antoni Hidalgo View 6th october 2005 – 8th january 2006 The exhibitions shows us the problem between representation and presence, between reality and truth.
